Favor Hospice

  Lavell at Favor Hospice went out of his way to keep me informed about my Mom in Assisted Living ! He helped me through all the processes and explained everything clearly. I sure wish everyone in hospice services would follow his example of giving-of-self and professionism because "doing a job" everyday wouldn't be a job anymore!

  Thank you Favor Hospice! There is so much, I do not know where to begin. Exemplary Service! I remember the call to Patricia Reid(Marketer) that Sunday morning. Sad, stressed, no sleep my mom had been up all night. It was at that point I realized we needed support. Patricia got on the phone with Lavell(Owner) and the ball started rolling from there. My mom was admitted to Favor Hospice within 24 hours, bed and medication delivered. Kumbi (Nurse) came out completed the admission, excellent bedside manner. We received a call several times during the week just to say hello, how are you and your mom? Is there anything you need. Their communication was on point, they were consistent, caring, supportive and most of all GENUINE! I called Kumbi, Wednesday evening 11/18 in total distress that my Mom was transitioning and I was unable to be by her side. Kumbi said to me, "Fonda don't worry, I am on my way". And she came:) made sure my Mom was comfortable supported the family. My Mom flew to heaven on the wings of doves on 11/20:{. And I want to thank the entire team that supported our family during those difficult times. You are the definition of Exemplary, selfless and most of all God sent.

  In a society where compassion is at an all time low, it warmed my families heart to find palliative care that really CARES. As my loved prepared to transition, the staff at FAVOR HOSPICE were extremely helpful, caring, understanding and most importantly PATIENT. With class and grace, they treated our loved one with great dignity and were extremely supportive to our family. This organization's professionalism exceeds all expectations and is highly recommended.

  Thank You Favor Hospice! I want to thank Kunbi & Jennifer for their excellent customer service. They both took care of my mom during her last weeks. They both did and excellent job. They treated her like a queen and made her as comfortable as possible. They took care of everything bed, medications, etc. Jennifer would come every day and give her a bath and make her laugh. Mom was always excited to see Jennifer & Kunbi and looking forward to talk to them during their visits. Kunbi went above and beyond to take care of Mom during her last days. Their communication consistent, caring & supportive. Kunbi called everyday to see how Mom was doing. These people are God sent, genuine, loving, caring. Once Mom passed away Kunbi stayed with us for hours waiting on the funeral home to pick Mom up. Simply they are the best & wish them the best! Thanks Again from the bottom of my heart! Ricky Alfaro

  Favor Hospice Care has provided excellent services through and through for my loved one. I am so thankful to know and have the staff who care and love what they do. I know that my loved one is in the best of hands. I give praises to surrounding friends and family whose elderly parents can utilize the care and love Favor Hospice provides.
